Terms of Service

This Agreement is an electronic contract under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules made thereunder. By accessing or registering on me2us4u.com, me2us4u.in, or any product in the Me2Us4U family, you ("User," "Member," or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are accepting on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

Registration on Me2Us4U creates a single, unified account identified by your M2UXXXXXXXX ID. This account is designed to be your identity across our full product family — including subdomains such as matrimony.me2us4u.com, chat.me2us4u.com, and tasks.me2us4u.com as each is brought online. Individual products may carry their own subscription fees, feature limits, or supplemental terms; those will be disclosed on the relevant product.

• You must provide accurate and complete information — your full name, email address, and phone number — when creating an account.
• Every account is verified by one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your mobile number and email before it is created.
• If you set a password, you are responsible for keeping it confidential and for all activity under your M2UXXXXXXXX identifier.
• You must not share your account, password, OTP, or an active session with any third party.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from any Me2Us4U product using automated bots or scripts.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform or APIs.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication checks, or other security controls.
• Launch denial-of-service attacks or otherwise disrupt our infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or entity, engage in fraudulent activity, or transmit malicious code.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.

In accordance with Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you further agree not to host, display, upload, publish, transmit, or share any information that:

• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, or insulting on the basis of gender.
• Is harmful to children in any way.
• Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
• Is patently false or misleading, but presented as fact.
• Is harassing, threatening, hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable.
• Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order.
• Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message, or knowingly and intentionally communicates misinformation.

Me2Us4U is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and the platform may be unavailable during planned maintenance or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

All software code, user interface designs, logos, trademarks, and documentation across Me2Us4U and its products are our exclusive intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our branding or source code except as necessary to use the platform as intended.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount, if any, paid by you to Me2Us4U in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Me2Us4U will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Some Me2Us4U products are priced using digital "credits." A credit is a temporary, non-transferable license to access a specific feature or perform a specific action on the platform — it is not currency, property, or a stored-value instrument, and it carries no value outside Me2Us4U. Current credit costs per action are published on our Pricing page.

• Monthly credits included with a subscription plan (Free or Premium) reset every 30 days and do not roll over.
• Credits purchased as a one-time top-up pack do not expire and persist in your account until consumed.
• Credits cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold to another account.

We may adjust the credit cost of existing actions or introduce credit costs for new features as the platform evolves. Any such change will be published on the Pricing page in advance of taking effect. Refund eligibility for subscriptions and credit packs is covered separately in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
